Good Morning Smoothie


· ½ cup of medium banana

· ½ cup of blueberries or strawberries

· ½ tablespoon almond butter

· ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon or flax or chia seeds

· ¼ cup of milk (of any type)

· ¼ cup of Greek yogurt

· add protein powder (optional)

· 2 tablespoons of oatmeal (optional)

· CBD isolate crystalline (your dose)

· top with mint leaves

Add ingredients to blender and mix until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add in more liquid (water or milk) until desired consistency.

Consume immediately and enjoy!
