Oat Milk Honey CBD Latte

This recipe is a nice alternative to your regular cup of coffee and does not require an espresso machine! Our Oat Milk Honey Latte is perfect for those who are looking to incorporate CBD into their daily routine and not only tastes good, but is naturally free of lactose, soy and nuts. If using an oatmilk made from certified gluten-free oats, this recipe is also ideal for those avoiding gluten.



Ingredients:


  • ¾ Cup Oat milk

  • 1-2 tablespoons honey (taste to your liking and add more if needed)

  • Tiny pinch of salt

  • ½ cup of strongly brewed coffee (you can use decaf if you like)

  • Sprinkling of cinnamon (optional)

  • Your Dose of LABS Cannabis CBD Isolate


Equipment:

  • 1 glass jar with lid


Instructions:


  1. Pour the oatmilk, honey, and salt into a glass jar. Microwave for about a minute, until very hot.

  2. Put a cap on the jar and wrap with a tea towel (the metal lid will get hot). Shake until foamy.

  3. Pour the foamy milk mixture into a mug. Add the coffee and your dose of CBD Isolate. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if you like.


Consume immediately and enjoy!
