Our Hearty Hummus recipe is extremely versatile and can be paired with a variety of other dishes to create an easy meal. This recipe takes 10 mins to make and is a delicious way to incorporate your dose of our CBD Isolate.
1/2 cup fresh parsley, large stems removed
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup avocado oil (or Olive Oil)
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoon tahini
1 large lemon, juiced
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Add after you have pureed the above ingredients for 30 seconds (as per instructions below):
CBD Isolate (Your Dose) Instructions:
Place all ingredients (minus the Isolate) in the order listed above in a mini food processor. Puree for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Add in your CBD Isolate dose. Scrape down the sides and puree another 15 seconds. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed (you may want to add more lemon juice or salt).
Serve immediately and enjoy as a spread or a dip.
