Breakfast Bowl Recipe




Instructions

· 1 tablespoon of old-fashioned rolled oats

· 2 tablespoons of raw nuts or seeds (Chia, pumpkin, sunflower)

· A sprinkle of ground cinnamon

· 1 tablespoon of almond butter mixed with CBD crystalline isolate or 1 teaspoon of coconut oil mixed with CBD crystalline isolate

· 1 teaspoon of maple syrup or honey

· ⅔ cup of fresh fruit (strawberry, blueberries, bananas or raspberries)

· 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt


Combine ingredients into a bowl and enjoy!
